college day 2008

hey guys. if u dun already noe, college day is this Friday, 4th July.
we really need your help to make it a success.
think abt it. if we make lots of money, we can use it to sponsor for our future class outings or to make more class items. we realli realli need your help so if any of you can help provide the following items please inform me ASAP.

1. Extension plugs- currently, we onli have two power plugs but we need more so if you have the extension that can fit many many plugs, please volunteer to bring.

2. Cloth, Cardboard, Decorating materials- for the street market, there are some prizes that we can win such as 'the best decorated stall' so we need resources to come up with the best designs. also, we need your help to decorate the stall on Thursday and on the day itself. maybe the decorating team can come up with ideas on how to design the stall first.

3. Money!!- the seed money of $100 is definately not enuf to buy all the necessary food stuff for the day. i need the whole class to 'donate' $5 first but after the college day, we will return the money to you from the profits. :) thanks thanks thanks. we have to collect this by tomorrow, 1st July. please remember to bring.

4. Utensils(deep fryer, electic cooker, rice cooker, ladle)- this is one of the most important one. I will bring a 'pot'(dunno what its called) to boil the sausage and an electric cooker. but i need someone to bring a deep fryer and another electric cooker for the fries. and can someone please bring a rice cooker so that we can warm the cheese in it? and we also need extra ladles. if possible, we also need an oil strainer and chilli/cheese containers. and a mini oven toaster to toast the bread. but the toaster is optional. Please confirm by tmr.

yes, other than these items, i need to noe who can cook. like help to fry and prepare the hotdogs/nachos. please volunteer and we need people to go publicise also. i believe the roster for the publicity thing is up but for those handling food, we have to confirm asap.

Shake yer tail feathers!

Just like everyone else i'm very glad that CT'S ARE OVEEEEEEEEER!!! :D I personally feel that there's mansions for improvement for myself (erm, ROOM just does not cut it!) and well, i just wanna say to everyone, i hope all of you get back results that are satisfactory, and not to be too disappointed. What's most important is that we learn from here and well improve for PROMOS! We can do it man!! :D

CLASS OUTING!!

DATE: Fifth of JULY, SATURDAY!
TIME: 10AM - WHENEVER
VENUE: SENTOSA (meet at HabourFront first!)
ITINERARY: The plan is to go there to have lotsa fun under the sun! we're probably going to be going to Siloso Beach - Beach volleyball, soccer, tanning, dunking people into the sea.. just having loads of fun!!! After, we can go to vivocity for a movie and dinner. Also, for brunch at the beach we'll be doing POTLUCK okay??? Chips, sandwiches, pasta, desserts, drinks, well anything that you wanna bring. BUT in order for this to work, EVERYONE must bring something. aite??

WE'RE GONNA HAVE A BALL OF A TIME.

THINGS TO BRING: MONEY, Change of clothes (MUST!), towel, POTLUCK contribution, and if you have like soccerballs, or vballs or ANYTHING please bring also.

NOTE: please be dressed for the beach & sun. SO you won't be left out of any fun, and please no pessimism!

ATTENDANCE: everyone please!!! lets make this a full 08S26 OUTING! :D

I'll be bringing this up during school on monday or something! Please think of what you're gonna bring, and PLEASE come!!! :D But if the attendance is BLECH then well we can reschedule it to a later date! (the next day is YOUTH DAY! AND THE monday is HOLIDAY!)

HEEELLLOOOOOO S26!!!!!yo yo yo. we really need to hang out as a class so our dearest lady boss luqman and myself have come up with a class activity.date's not set as yet but we should get a thumbs up on the activity first yeah?we were thinking sentosa from late morning to about 3 in the afternoon followed by movie and then dinner. how's that sound? we'll discuss the date when we next meet...which will be wednesday.THREE HOURS OF ECONS.we can do it people!WOOOOOTTTSSSS!!!

THIS WORLD GOT OUR HEADS SPINNING ROUND AND ROUND!

Hello lovely S26-ers!

this blog is like super the dead at the moment so i shall be livening it up a bit! Firstly, i think we have come to a consensus that we all need an OUTING!!!!! After reading the tagboard, i think i shall just sum everything up!

LOCATION: Sentosa!!!
TIME: Meet at habourfront mrt at 11.30am

The problem is the date.. i have NO IDEA what date to put it at. Can everyone tag what date they are free? I think imma comes back on the 12th? I'm not sure, but after that would be good.

HAIX. i hope we can create an outing!!

ohoh, anyways..

I really do miss 08S26. Its one of the best classes i have ever had in my whole schooling life, and i really appreciate everyone in the class. I guess whatever tension we have had, just made our class stronger. I've heard a lot of horror stories about other classes, and a lot of tension that they face, simply making me feel thankful for this class! SO this comes to my next point. I really really really want to graduate with all of you guys. ALL. SO lets all study hard, do well, or adequately well, to promote!!!:D

OHOHOH, BY THE WAY.. i met mr hon. hahaha ms hon's boyfriend. If i'm not wrong, his name is really mr hon. HAHAHAH. but i'm not exactly sure lah. I met him at Pre-u seminar; he teaches at MJC. It was quite weird; he suddenly came up to me and ask me if ms hon's my ct. >.< ohoh.. there's some things i need to tell you guys face to face, so i hope we get that outing UP AND ON. hahahah. omg i'm so lame.

ANYWAYS, STUDY HARD, STUDY SMART. If you haven't started, DO begin asap! CTs can be quite a pain in a butt, but we've gotta go through it. Get it done and over with! Jia you everyone!!!

There's so much homework to do, its not even funny anymore~
